Another Pharrell x adidas Jellyfish is coming, and adidas is once again giving select fans a way to skip the usual release-day uncertainty.
Following the Golden Ticket opportunity offered ahead of the recent Jellyfish “Crystal Sand”release, adidas is deploying the same strategy for the upcoming “Auburn/Timber” edition.
Through the adidas CONFIRMED app, fans will have the opportunity to enter for a Golden Ticket, granting winners guaranteed access to purchase the upcoming Timber Brown colorway in their selected size. As with the previous promotion, winning doesn’t mean you’re getting a free pair, it simply secures the opportunity to buy the shoe without having to compete through a conventional draw.
The return of the Golden Ticket suggests adidas may be turning the concept into a recurring part of the Jellyfish release strategy, particularly as demand around Pharrell’s breakout VIRGINIA silhouette continues to build and more colorways are brought to the surface.
