The first of the month is no doubt the most action-packed in the coming days, delivering both the shoes mentioned and shown above, a beloved retro issue of one of Jordan’s treasured Retro models, and the first new look in a few months for Pharrell’s viral Jellyfish. Further down the slate, the remastered Air Max 1000.2 marches on in its journey, and there’s a host of new faces: the Freak 8, Jordan DMSN 95, and a new New Balance super trainer make their debuts. In the spaces between, some hot names as of late in Tyler The Creator’s Converse Pro Leather and the KD 19 see launches while “The Glove” turns the page on its latest bring-back.

As is typically the case when we change months in this segment, the first of August has a real glut of releases, so we’ve split August 1st into lifestyle and basketball. Otherwise, the drill is the same; day-by-day breakdowns are included ahead, followed by hyperlinks leading back to our original coverage of each drop. July 27th is futuristic in several ways; first with the Nike Air Max 1000.2 “Glacier Blue,” a subtle swap on the Swoosh’s foremost 3D-printed shoe. Then it’s to the New Balance FuelCell SC Elite v6, the latest generation of the brand’s super trainer line.

July 29th calls an iso with the Nike KD 19 “Blueberry Blast,” an icy edition of Durant’s latest.

July 30th drops off the Nike Air Max Joga Bonito “Neon,” leaning into the 110 DNA in the mashup model. Then to the  Vaporposite Pro (Royal/University Red/Pearl), relying on classic Foamposite looks for the performance shoe, and the Book 2 “Tiger Camo,” carrying Devin’s Michigan ties. Finally, the Converse Pro Leather Tyler, The Creator in green gets a second wind via SNKRS.

July 31st is set to let loose the Barcelona Kobe Dunk, heralding another link-up with Bean’s favorite club (tentative). We stick in the Mamba’s era for the Nike “The Glove” Air Zoom Flight ’98, ushering in a new retro era for Gary Payton’s “signature.”

August 1st (lifestyle) has the two headliners back-to-back: the adidas Jellyfish “Desert Sand” in the most subtle colorway of Skateboard P’s chunky sneaker, and the Air Jordan 13 “Flint,” a beloved OG. We’ll have to wait a few weeks for the wide launch, but the Free The Youth Air Jordan 16 gets an early launch via FTY channels. After some delays, the Air Jordan 1 “Love Letter” follows, before two subtle palette swaps arrive to the Kobe Air Force 1 Low (“Light Armory Blue” and “Electric Green”). Closing out with two new faces, the Jordan DMSN 95 (black and “Phantom”) and the Nike Zoom Streak 3 “Cream II.”

August 1st (basketball) stars on the Nike Kobe 3 Low “Atomic Pink” in another eye-catching look for the tinkered signature. The Nike Giannis Freak 8 South Beach celebrates Antetokounmpo’s new locale as his 8th hits the market. The adidas Harden Vol. 1 “Pioneer” is set to mark the first Retro in the Beard’s line (tentative). Finally, it’s fresh colorways for some mainstays: the Jordan Luka 5 (in “Ghost” and “Orange Pulse“), the adidas DON Issue #8 “Silver Metallic,” and the Nike ST Charge “Detroit Tough”
