adidas Forum Low “College Pack” Releases October 1st

Adidas is gearing up for the college basketball season and the much-anticipated “Midnight Madness” festivities nationwide. The sportswear giant is unveiling an exciting Forum Collection, tailor-made for four partner NCAA programs.

Peter Gellert, Director of adidas Originals Basketball Footwear, shared his enthusiasm, stating, “We witnessed incredible interest in the Rivalry collection we launched last month for university students and fans. Now, we’re thrilled to introduce custom streetwear to even more campuses. The Forum, a basketball icon turned streetwear sensation, seamlessly blends with university colors.”

The adidas Forum, originally introduced in the ’80s, quickly found its place on the basketball court and in the music scene, adorning the feet of some of the industry’s biggest stars. Now, students and fans from the University of Kansas, Indiana University, the University of Louisville, and Arizona State University can proudly sport the Forum in their respective college colors.

Jeanne Schneider, director of NCAA Sports Marketing at adidas, emphasized the brand’s commitment, saying, “The launch of this Forum collection reflects our growing dedication to delivering the best products directly to our partner universities and their communities. The release of the Forum collection is part of adidas’ recent investments in its university partnerships and fan engagement. Just last month, adidas Originals introduced its inaugural footwear collection tailored for university students and fans. Shortly thereafter, history was made as the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Women’s Volleyball team shattered the attendance record for any women’s sporting event worldwide, with a staggering 92,003 fans filling Memorial Stadium for Volleyball Day in Nebraska.
