A-Feeling & Saucony’s “Science of WOW!” ProGrid Paramount Releases in June

A-Feeling is technically an unproven, new label in the world of footwear collaborations. However, the brand’s founder Drew White has a long history in the space, and is working with Saucony on his new line’s debut project, the “Science of WOW!” ProGrid Paramount.

Drew White is well-established in the world of footwear design. The creative and founder behind A-Feeling formerly sat at the helm of Bodega’s collaborative work, contributing to some of the store’s best projects including the 2023 New Balance 9060, their 997s line, the Asics GEL-Kayano 20, and over two dozen more. Back in 2024 Drew went independent, acting as a hired gun for consulting on other brand’s project, including the KOI x Nike Air Max Sunder and their more recent T90 Mule.

A-Feeling is still a newly minted design label, but has already netted a collaboration with Saucony, likely in part due to Drew’s relationship with the running brand from his time at Bodega. The debut release from the two features the ProGrid Paramount, a running shoe originally released in 2006, and revived early this year twenty years after its debut. A-Feeling’s take gives the model an earthy color palette reminiscent of ’90s outdoor gear. Shades of olive green are paired with shaggy brown suede and neon green laces, filling out the shoe with purple, yellow, and red accents. The “Science of WOW!” theme is a direct nod to Saucony’s marketing from the 1990s surrounding their Grid cushioning technology. In an interesting twist, A-Feeling already released some stock over this past weekend, allowing customers to order early pairs sight unseen, nto revealing the full shoe until today.

After their exclusive pre-launch this weekend, A-Feeling and Saucony are readying their next release of the ProGrid Paramount for later this month on June 26th for an in-store drop, and June 28th for online. Saucony is rumored to be following with their own release on July 1st. Their take on the Paramount features a range of green tones from dusty olive to neon, paired with accents in purple, yellow, and red. Pairs are priced at $185 for the special collaboration.
