The second installment of the new Patta x Nike Air Max 1 “Waves” collaboration is almost upon us. Following the “Hyper Crimson” earlier this month, official images of the alternate “White/Hyper Crimson” colorway have now surfaced, suggesting a release could be right around the corner.

This interpretation sees the Hyper Crimson accent color used more sparingly, appearing only on the Swoosh, outsole, and tongue and heel branding. Patta’s signature wavy mudguard shifts to white leather, while the rest of the upper is built with Pure Platinum leather and mesh. The tongue, interior, and midsole all appear in a Sail-like off-white shade. Multiple lace options are included, as is a bracelet featuring the Surinamese flag as a nod to the Patta founders’ shared heritage.

The Patta x Nike Air Max 1 “Waves” in “White/Hyper Crimson” doesn’t have a concrete release date yet, but it’s possible, if not likely, that the shoe could arrive during Air Max Month in March.
