This iteration of the popular running shoe blends Photon Dust, Chrome, Gridiron, and Sail hues. The shoe’sshoe’s construction features an open mesh base complemented by leather overlays, with Chrome Swooshes serving as the highlight. The Zoom Vomero 5 “Photon Dust” also includes signature plastic side panels and a heel counter, adding to its distinctive look. A unique touch is the Bill Bowerman motif stamped onto the insoles, a nod to one of Nike’sNike’s co-founders. The design is completed with 3M reflective elements and Zoom Air cushioning for enhanced comfort and performance. The shoe was released on February 22nd, 2023, with a retail price of $160.

JJJJound x Gel Kayano 14 ‘Silver Black’

JJJJound, a design studio that started as a digital mood board in 2006, has collaborated with ASICS to release two unique versions of the much-loved GEL-Kayano 14. The collaboration is a nod to the 2000s, featuring silver metallic overlays on a white mesh base. This shoe features black detailing on a sail midsole and black rubber outsole and comes with JJJJound branding on the lateral ankle and co-branded insoles. The pair and its counterpart were released on August 26th, 2023, for a retail price of $180.

Hoka Clifton 9 ‘‘Triple White’’

The Hoka Clifton 9 is a breakthrough in running shoe technology, offering enhanced cushioning and a lightweight design. The Clifton 9 features an additional 3 millimeters of underfoot cushioning, providing a smoother ride without compromising its lightweight feel. Sandy Liang x XT-6 Expanse’Expanse’ Cradle Pink’’

New York-based designer Sandy Liang, known for collaborating with Vans, has partnered with the French outdoor equipment brand Salomon. This collaboration marks Salomon’s first female-led partnership, further diversifying the brand’s portfolio.

The Capsule features two unique styles, the Salomon RX Moc 3.0 and the Salomon XT-6 Expanse. The Salomon XT-6 Expanse, one of the styles in the collection, showcases Liang’s ability to contrast fashion with sport. The upper is made with “Cradle Pink” mesh and features a “Jolly Green” Salomon stripe with “Black” accents. The sneaker has a ’90s anime flower print decal, Salomon’s signature stitched paneling, and retro Sensifit construction. The shoe is priced at $190 and was released on April 28th, 2023.
