Building on the “Dream A World” Foamposite Ones, launched with two color options in March, the final addition will only be accessible through Social Status and A Ma Maniere.
This particular Nike Air Foamposite One pays homage to the region’s historical roots. Inspired by Langston Hughes’ “I Dream A World” poem, the design on the Foamposite mirrors the DMV’s endurance, persistence, and bright future, embracing its people and places. This narrative reflects its past while celebrating its significance within Black culture—an emblem of readiness meeting opportunity.
Key features encompass brushstroke accents on the Foamposite shell, an uncommon Gum rubber outsole, and insoles carrying the “Dream A World” message, reading “luck/success results from preparation meeting opportunity.” Special custom packaging accompanies the shoe.
