After spending the early part of its rollout checking off essential looks, the New Balance P400 appears to be building on its “dad shoe” DNA with more adventurous colorways. Behind the New Balance P400 “Afterglow” comes this “Nightwatch Green/Midnight Violet” pairing, available now via Foot Locker.

Green and purple sneakers often invite “Joker” comparisons, but this pair skews closer to Aimé Leon Dore energy than anything remotely comic-inspired. The two hues work in tandem across the mesh upper and midsole, complemented by a black tongue and brown gum tread underfoot.
