New Balance’s releases of the 991v2 have been nonstop since the model’s introduction late in 2023, a surprise from the low-volume Made in UK program. This week, another colorful Spring style has surfaced, coloring the runner in a “Grenadine” red hue.
New Balance has been on a roll with their 991v2 this year, the updated version of the 2001 running shoe. The model has been a go-to canvas for their collaborative efforts since its introduction late in 2023, and has filled out their in-line Made in England catalog with plenty new colors each season. Their next drop for Spring ’26 is coming up next week, bringing two contrasting colorways to the table. One of the two new styles comes in a bold “Grenadine” red shade, which makes up the runner’s mesh base layer, as well as the suede overlays. The rest is colored in classic NB grey tones, with a split white & off-white midsoles to complete the look. The companion pair for this style comes in matching color blocking, but dressed in a dark “Pageant Blue” shade.

New Balance’s next seasonal releases for their Made in UK 991v2 are scheduled to arrive next week, on April 16th, 2026. Among the new styles is a bold red “Grenadine” take on the updated runner, paired with grey accents. Pairs will be available from both New Balance’s channels as well as select retailers for $270.
