For the first time since becoming MLB’s official jersey supplier in 2020, Nike’s baseball efforts are extending into lifestyle footwear. This season’s run of Nike City Connect Jerseys will be accompanied by matching Air Max 1s, with pairs expected for each of the eight participating teams. Today’s update brings us to the halfway mark, as the Milwaukee Brewers colorway has just surfaced on social media.

The Brew Crew’s latest City Connect uniform leans into a Great Lakes-inspired blue palette, accented by rainbow trim and a new graphic of a fielder scooping a grounder. The sneaker mirrors that theme well, featuring multiple shades of blue suede, rainbow-trimmed Swooshes, and chain-stitched “Brewers” text at the heel.

The Brewers join the Pirates, Braves, and Padres among teams with confirmed Air Max 1 styles so far. The Rangers, Reds, Royals, and Orioles are expected to round out the collection. Stay tuned for more details.
