The Air Jordan 2 Low ‘Sky J Orange’ Releases in August

The Air Jordan 2 has seen a surprise string of releases over the past year, celebrating the iconic, but often ignored model in a wave of new styles. This week we have a first look at the AJ2 Low in ‘Sky J Orange’ coming in August.

Back in 2021, Off-White and Jordan released two colorways of the Jordan 2 Low, capturing details of vintage pairs and applying them to a brand new set. This release kicked off the brand’s revival of the Air Jordan 2, a shoe that was originally meant to encapsulate MJ’s high-end tasted, made by hand in Italy with premium materials. While the 2 is likely the least favorite of the early Jordan models, it is nontheless an iconic silhouette, and its run of releases over the past two years celebrate that legacy. This week, we have an early look at a new ‘Sky J Orange’ color scheme for the low-top version, which covers the upper in a dusty orange suede. Muted purple makes up the lining, piping, and heel elements of the shoe, while a dash of red on the Wings logo completes the look.

The Air Jordan 2 Low in the dusty ‘Sky J Orange’ color scheme is currently set to release on August 10th, 2023, via the JD Sports launch calendar. We expect to see this pair also drop via the Nike SNKRS app, with its usual price tag of $150.
