Nike’s Newest Air Huarache Runner Comes Ready For Fall 2023

The Nike Air Huarache is one of the most iconic sneakers of all time, and for good reason. Designed by Tinker Hatfield in 1991, the Huarache was a revolutionary shoe that broke the mold of traditional running shoes. With its neoprene bootie construction and visible Air cushioning, the Huarache offered a level of comfort and performance that was unmatched at the time.

For Summer 2023, Nike Sportswear is looking to update the classic Huarache with the introduction of the Air Huarache Runner. The Runner features a modern design that retains the DNA of the original shoe. The neoprene bootie remains, but it has been updated with a more streamlined fit. The Air cushioning has also been redesigned for a more responsive ride.

In addition to the updated design, the Air Huarache Runner also features a number of new materials. The upper is made from a combination of synthetic leather and mesh, which provides a lightweight and breathable feel along with suede for a nice luxurious touch. The midsole is made from Phylon foam, which provides cushioning and support.

Check out the photos below, as this Air Huarache Runner will be a perfect colorway for the fall season. Expect a release in the coming months at select Nike Sportswear retailers and Nike.com. The retail price tag is set at $140 USD.
