Nike is set to reintroduce the Kobe 4 Protro "Philly" in the new year. While Kobe Bryant will forever be linked to the city of Los Angeles, the star basketball player began his basketball journey in Philadelphia. The shoe, paying homage to Philly, initially dropped in 2009.The shoe returns in the classic varsity royal, white and university red color combinations. The upper is mostly covered in a variety of blue shades and features reflective 3M stars on the ankle collar. Bryant's Mamba logo is highlighted on the tongue while his signature branding continues to adorn the lateral side. The shoe is also constructed with Flywire technology and red accents are detailed on the inner sole and outline of the Swoosh.
