Nike Hits Its Blazer Mid With Spray-Painted Swooshes

Nike has just presented the latest iteration of its Blazer Mid and the sneaker has now been hit with painted Swooshes in a look that proves that the silhouette still has room for adaptation and evolution following the shoe's inception in the 1970s.And while Nike's Blazer Mid has recently been unveiled with overall construction changes -- in the form of the Blazer Mid Victory and Blazer Mid SB -- this classic version of the silhouette now takes things back to basics, though its main detail comes in the form of a refreshing painted Swoosh. As a whole, the sneaker is covered in smooth black leather across the majority of the upper, while tonal suede detailing complements the eyestay, heel tabs, mudguard, and toe caps.Meanwhile, the white spray-painted Swooshes are applied to the side panels alongside the exposed foam tongues, red Nike branding on the tongues, and white embroidered detailing on the heels.
