One of the flashier colorways in the Foamposite catalog, this pair will expand Nike’s Foamposite campaign and give collectors their first shot at the Electro Purple and Total Orange combination since 2013. Nike’s Foamposite momentum has been impossible to ignore, and the next logical chapter points straight to the desert. Returning in Spring 2027 is the “Phoenix Suns” Air Foamposite One. The silhouette is linked to Penny Hardaway, and although he is remembered for playing for the Orlando Magic, he also played for the Suns from 1999 to 2004.
The “Phoenix Suns” Air Foamposite One originally released on March 2, 2013, paying tribute to Anfernee Hardaway’s tenure with the Phoenix Suns during his time in the NBA from 1999 to 2004. Although the pair wasn’t an instant hit, the “candy paint” effect to the upper gave the silhouette a glossy finish that set this colorway apart from everything that came before it.
This Nike Air Foamposite One is dressed in an Electro Purple, Total Orange, and Black colorway. The shoe features an Electro Purple Foamposite shell and a Black nubuck overlay adorned by a Total Orange Swoosh on the lateral side. The quarter panels are predominantly purple, featuring Foamposite, while the eyestay uses nubuck to hold the punched eyelets for a Black lace closure. Total Orange handles the tongue piping, pull tabs, Swoosh logos, and the iconic 1Cent logo seen throughout. An icy, clear sole completes the look.

I like to see older Foamposite One releases return. However, I was never a big fan of the “Suns” Foamposite One, even though I have a pair tucked away in my collection.
