New Balance 996 is back this year, reviving the 1988 all-purpose running shoe with a host of new colorways for their Made in USA line. This week, they’ve announced the ‘Pink Haze’ release, coming soon.
New Balance’s retro 996 silhouette made a surprise return early this year, dropping in a duo of new colorways for their Grey Day celebration in May, as well as a simple blue look from the Made in USA line. Luckily, more colorways are still on the way for 2023, including this new ‘Pink Haze’ edition that is expected to release at the end of the month. The new look features a cream white mesh base layer for the shoe, adding shaggy suede in a faded pink shade across the outer layers. Hints of grey peek through the mid layers, as well as the ‘N’ logos, while white laces and inner linings complete the look.
NEW BALANCE 996 MADE IN USA ‘PINK HAZE’ RELEASE INFORMATION
New Balance’s revival of the classic 1988 996 running shoe has been scheduled for its second launch this month, on July 27th, 2023, as part of their Seasonal Collection. Dressed in a soft ‘Pink Haze’ color palette, pairs will be available via the brand’s Launches platform and select retailers for $190.
