The Slim Reaper poured in 31 points and dished a game-winning assist on his usual excellent efficiency, going 10/17 from the field and finishing with a 31/8/8 line in a thrilling 117-116 win over his former team. But unlike many NBA breakups, there’s still plenty of mutual respect between KD and the Warriors. On-foot for the performance was a new Nike KD 19 colorway in white and blue, a subtle nod to the Bay that mirrors Warriors colors.

Unveiled in mid-March, there will be about a three-month buffer between the Nike KD 19’s unveiling and its expected mid-June debut, a window Durant and Nike alike hope extends deep into the NBA Playoffs. The model stands on its own with Z-shaped TPU detailing on the sides, paired with a full-length Zoom Strobel, 3D-molded sockliner, and Cushlon 3.0 midsole. This white/blue colorway breaks from the monochrome looks we’ve seen so far, featuring a white base, blue TPU detailing, and a blue outsole with white flakes.
