The KEEN Jasper Zionic gets a stealth makeover courtesy of Shanghai lifestyle shop DOE, landing in a fully monochromatic all black colorway. The collaborative sneaker releases September 16th through KEEN for approximately $142 USD.

DOE has built its collaborative work around stripping design down to fundamentals, and this Jasper Zionic follows that same approach. Rather than adding new colors or graphics, the shop leaned into basic geometry to create what it describes as a boundaryless visual order, resulting in a sneaker that reads as pure shape and shadow instead of a typical collaborative colorway. The KEEN x DOE Jasper Zionic Design

The design centers on what DOE calls the supreme black square, expressed through geometric embossing and layered textures across the upper. A diamond patterned finish with tonal overlays reinforces the minimalist, structural look, while the sole unit runs on KEEN’s Fast and Light trail chassis for responsive movement. The build fuses the long selling Jasper upper with KEEN’s performance driven Zionic sole, a combination meant for quick, unpredictable footing on uneven terrain.
