Anyone whose adolescence coincided with the prime of Michael Jordan’s career has surely tried out their own “Like Mike” routine, attempting to recreate his free-throw-line acrobatics or maybe chalking out the same footwork that filed Craig Ehlo into the annals of history. In terms of the man’s training regimen, putting the hours in on the practice floor is no doubt the most visible portion. Until now, carrying His Airness in the weight room may not have been your first priority when trying to emulate MJ’s greatness.

Nike Strength has just announced the Jordan Strength collection, a range of about a dozen pieces of performance strength training equipment. Beyond a plyo box, a necessity for anyone aiming to increase their explosiveness or jump height, much of what’s on offer here focuses on weight training; adjustable benches, a half rack, bumper plates, change plates, barbells, curl bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, and gym accessories like bar collars, J-Cups, and storage shelves are included here.

Even if they did just have His Airness’ likeness attached to them, these pieces would likely be noteworthy on their own merits, but there are some Easter eggs within that’ll excite anyone at the intersection between bodybuilder and sneakerhead. You can spot the Air Jordan 3’s iconic elephant print on both the dumbbells and plates, while the Air Jordan 7’s outsole crops up on the base of many of the structural elements. The Plyo Box is intentionally crafted to resemble a Jordan Brand shoebox; additional details like the Bulls’ championship years, the Air Jordan 4’s lacestays, and 23 logos appear throughout the capsule.

The Jordan Strength collection is coming soon to NikeStrength.com and Dick’s Sporting Goods beginning on October 13th. Prices range from $25 on the low end (dumbbells) to $1,750 on the higher end (half rack).
