Jordan Brand Is Cheffin' Up an Air Jordan 13 "Chutney" For Holiday 2024

As 2023 comes to a close, we're already getting a wide-angle look at Jordan Brand's retro plans for the tail end of 2024. Tentative release details have already been revealed for the return of the Air Jordan 4 "Fear" and the Air Jordan 1 "Black Toe Reimagined," and now a third pair is joining the party: the Air Jordan 13 "Chutney," a high-top iteration a famed Air Jordan 13 Low colorway."Chutney" was first seen in 1998, when Jordan Brand originally introduced the Air Jordan 13 Low, itself the first Air Jordan low-top since the Air Jordan 2 Low was released back in 1986. One of the first Jordan Brand styles that was directly lifestyle-geared, it turned heads with its mix of earthy tan and black shades, a look likely to be replicated on its high-top iteration. Though no official images of the style have been revealed (the above photo is a mock-up from reputable sneaker leaker @znseakerheadz) it's not unreasonable to think that the 2024 "Chutney" will offer a near-identical colorblocking scheme to its predecessor, putting its titular hue on the quarter panels and collar, then surrounding it with stark black accents.Look for the Air Jordan 13 "Chutney" to touch down sometime between September and December 2024.
