Jordan Brand is celebrating the 35th anniversary of the Air Jordan 6 with a number of notable releases throughout 2026. Following February drops like the Air Jordan 6 “Salesman” and the highly-limited Air Jordan 6 BIN23 edition, the next chapter arrives in the form of a women’s-exclusive colorway that introduces a few tasteful design details rarely seen on the iconic silhouette.

While the Air Jordan 6 has long been defined by its performance-driven heritage and bold structural lines, this upcoming release leans into a more refined aesthetic. Most notably, the heel departs from the traditional Nike Air or Jumpman branding in favor of elegant “Air Jordan” text rendered in a script-style presentation. It’s a subtle change, but one that immediately gives the shoe a distinct identity within the broader AJ6 lineage.

Additional premium touches on the Air Jordan 6 “Sail” appear throughout the timeless model. Inside the shoe, a special label is applied to the insole, reinforcing the elevated presentation and signaling that this pair is meant to stand apart from standard retro offerings. Furthermore, the standard lace-lock is coated in a shiny metallic gold.
