Established in 2009, thisisneverthat is a contemporary streetwear brand based in Seoul, South Korea. As a follow up to their New Balance 2002R, 1906R, and 860v2 collaborations, the South Korean brand is once again teaming up with New Balance to release a fresh take on the fan-favorite 550 model.
Dressed in an Earthy color blocking. This offering of the thisisneverthat x New Balance 550 features a Chocolate Brown canvas upper that extends onto the tongues giving off a premium feel. Other details includes Black cracked leather “N” logos on the sides, matching-colored laces, mesh inner lining, and tongue trim. thisisneverthat branding on the tongues and heels atop a solid Black rubber sole completes the design. The shoe will also come housed in co-branded packaging.
