While 2022 celebrated the 35th Anniversary of the Air Max 1, it seems as if the real celebration is happening during 2023. From releases that includes the return of the “Big Bubble” Air Max 1 ’86, a “Chili 2.0” release as well as a new “Urawa” colorway, the new lineup might be better than its ever been. Next up, a new “Volt Suede” makeup for Summer 2023.
Dressed in a Neutral Grey, White, Volt, and Black color tones. This offering of the Nike Air Max 1 comes constructed in a mix of mesh and suede materials. It features a White mesh base, Grey suede overlays highlighted with Volt contrasting accents on the Swooshes, mudguards, and branded areas on the tongues, insoles, and heels. A White midsole atop a Black rubber outsole completes the design.
Check out the photos below, and look for the Nike Air Max 1 “Volt Suede” to release in the coming months at select Nike Sportswear retailers and Nike.com. The retail price tag is set at $150 USD.
