First Look at the Nike Phoenix Waffle in Two Colorways

As the summer rages on, Nike has been brewing up excitement with news of its various collaborations, returning colorways and new silhouettes to come. Earlier this week, it revealed its latest take on the Air Force 1: the Air Force 1 Wild. Now, it has teased another women's-exclusive model set to release soon, the Phoenix Waffle.Showcased in two leading colorways, the first sees the slick model outfitted with off-white, gray and black hits spread throughout its construction. Its creamy mesh base is layered with gray suede and black leather Swooshes with gray "NIKE" text located atop the black leather heel tab. Supporting the sneaker, a smooth gray midsole elevates the wearer while a throwback waffle-patterned outsole in black rounds things out. In "University Gold," this material distribution is matched with the titular hue enlivening the entirety of the upper and rubber outsole.At the time of writing, Nike has not officially announced the women's-exclusive Phoenix Waffle and its specifications.
