Early Look at the GANNI x New Balance 1906 Collaboration

New Balance is making a statement this season within the realm of footwear collaborations as it has announced projects with the likes of Bodega and BEAMS in recent memory. And now to make things even more interesting, the Boston sportswear label is further contributing to its output with a new team-up with GANNI.The new team-up is centered around the New Balance 1906 and serves as a follow-up to the duo's 2002R offering that was released in 2022. Instead of going heavy on the branding for this creation, the women's label opts to be much more reserved with its presentation by leaning on neutral tones with subtle bold accents. Mesh uppers and smooth leather overlays are styled in a crispy white hue and come accented by solid black trim, interior liners and flecked laces. GANNI then tosses a branded hit to the throat and strong pops of yellow accents to the heel tabs, "N" logos and the throat.
