Bodega is adding another collaboration with Asics to their resume this year, taking the GEL-NYC for their palette and giving it a dark ‘After Hours’ color scheme, dropping this month.
Bodega and Asics have a new project on the way this month, following up on their GEL-MC Plus release from over a year ago. This time, the Boston-based retailer is taking on the GEL-NYC for their canvas, giving the model an ‘After Hours’ color scheme inspired by nightlife in the city. The look begins with a light grey mesh base layer, adding dark brown overlays in shaggy suede and nubuck. The Asics logos come in a metallic silver synthetic, while flashes of purple and bright green decorate the heels. Laces and tongue branding come in bright red, with olive green gel inserts in the soles to complete the look.

Bodega and Asics’ latest release has been scheduled to release later this month, on September 29th, 2023. Cast in dark brown shades for the ‘After Hours’ look, pairs will be available through Bodega, with a wider Asics release to follow.
