Update (4/23/26): The “Monarch Butterfly” Bluetile x Nike SB Dunk Low will be released in-store on May 2nd via Bluetile in Columbia. Another launch will take place on May 3rd in Charleston, while an online release will occur on May 4th via Bluetile’s website. Other skate shops will drop the pair on May 8th. Currently, a SNKRS launch has yet to be announced.

Nike SB’s Dunk Low has been a cornerstone of both skate and sneaker culture since the early 2000s, often serving as a canvas for collaborations with local skate shops worldwide. In 2026, Bluetile, a shop with deep roots in the Carolina skate scene, gets its own iteration. Based out of South Carolina, this marks the shop’s first collaboration with Nike SB.

Going over this Nike SB Dunk Low by Bluetile, it features a dark color palette anchored by Black and Deep Blue hues. Textured leather with safari print in Black appears on the panels, while Blue covers the base with an iridescent finish.

One of the standout details of this collaboration is the embroidered heel branding that splits the shop’s name across both shoes. “Blue” lands on the left heel and “Tile” on the right. Bright Campfire Orange accents and contrasting stitching add to the look, while the South Carolina flag lands on the inside of the tongue.

Nike SB branding graces the tongues, with “All The Best” on the right tongue and “Love, Bluetile” on the left. Other details include butterflies on the insoles and a translucent outsole that gradients from Blue to Orange.

Bottom Line

A lot of details went into Bluetile’s upcoming SB Dunk Low collaboration. I am a fan of the blocking, but what’s even nicer is the butterfly details. Plus, it represents Bluetile’s home in South Carolina. The Blue iridescent is what stands out the most to me, making this pair a must-cop.
