Austin Reaves Rigorer AR1 “Ice Cream” Releases August 11th

Austin Reaves‘ debut signature shoe, the Rigorer AR1, is set to launch in August, following the announcement of his partnership with the Chinese-based brand in June. This initial colorway, named “Ice Cream,” draws inspiration from Reaves’ love for the refreshing treat he enjoyed during scorching summers in rural Arkansas.

The AR1 boasts a dominant white design, complemented by soft pastel hues of blue, yellow, and pink, reminiscent of melting ice cream, adorning the Woven Cocoon upper. Delightful details continue inside the shoe, with insoles featuring a three-scoop cone, paying homage to the creamy summer delicacy.

Reaves expressed his excitement, describing the experience as surreal, coming from an upbringing in Arkansas and being undrafted to now having his own signature shoe. Working closely with the design team, he aimed to ensure the AR1 maximizes performance and efficiency on the basketball court. Not only does it suit his all-around game, but it’s also versatile for all players.

The release of the Rigorer AR1 “Ice Cream” is scheduled for August 11th, exclusively available for $100 USD at Kicks Crew and Rigorer.com. As an added bonus, the Kicks Crew team is hosting a raffle where five lucky winners will receive the AR1 in an exclusive box set with two pairs of socks.
