AURALEE and New Balance have built a strong collaborative relationship over the past few years, with the Japanese label reworking a number of popular NB silhouettes. This week, they unveiled their take on the 1906R, dropping on October 11th.

Auralee and New Balance released their debut collaboration back in 2021, with the Japanese label applying a worn look to the immensely popular 550. They have released several project since then, most recently two tonal pairs of the RC30 for Spring/Summer 2023, as well as teasing new colors of the Warped Runner. Now, they’ve have quietly unveiled a new version of the 1906R, which is already set to release next week. Featuring colorways in ‘Flint Stone’ and ‘Bone White’, the former mixed shades of blue across the mesh and suede sneaker, while the latter comes in shades of white and cream. Both styles are similar to colors of the Warped Runner collaboration, which will likely launch next Spring.

AURALEE X NEW BALANCE 1906R RELEASE INFORMATION

The latest collaboration between Japan’s AURALEE and New Balance has been scheduled to release next week, on October 11th, 2023. Featuring two colorways of the 1906R in ‘Flint Stone’ and ‘Bone White’, pairs will be available from both partner’s websites for $170.
