The Asics GT-2160 is back for new series of releases this year, with collaborations and in-line colorways already available. This week, we got an early look at a new ‘Brick Dust’ color scheme, coming soon.

This Summer, Asics reintroduced their 2011 GT-2160 to the SportStyle lineup, delivering another older running model for modern lifestyle purposes. The first release came in collaboration with Montreal’s Dime, dressing the shoe in a smooth neutral color scheme. Now, as we head into the Fall season, the Japanese brand is slowly pulling back the curtain on some of their in-line styles, including this ‘Brick Dust’ look. The new pair features an oyster grey mesh base layer, with black for the heel portions. Overlays are added in the namesake Brick Dust shade of orange or brown, while metallic silver synthetic materials make up Asics’ logo. Finally, a hit of light blue for the outsoles completes the look.

ASICS GT-2160 ‘BRICK DUST’ RELEASE INFORMATION

Asics’ next colorways of the retro GT-2160 have not been announced for release, though we expect to see them roll out sometime in the next few months. Seen here in an excellent ‘Brick Dust’ style, pairs will be available from the brand’s website and select retailers, with a price tag of $120.
