Aleali May may have become a mainstay on the back of her work with Jordan Brand, but she’s proving in 2026 that her footwear ambitions range far beyond the Jumpman’s purview. Though no doubt formal footwear has become part of the uniform more and more in the modern landscape, Clark’s Wallabee has proven to be a mainstay for decades, owing its original DNA to a Germany-to-England osmosis and later reaching widespread adoption with the help of the Big Apple.
The global reach of this project adds another metropolis as May brings her LA roots to the fore with two colorways of the moc style. Either one is build on patches of contrasting wide wale corduroy, first blending darkened greys in the upper before utilizing a blacked-out sole unit. Then it’s to an earthier overhaul, where the natural shading of the crepe sole remains intact, mirrored by creams, tans, and brown up top.
The Aleali May x Clarks Wallabee has been listed at retailers for a May 21st release, clocking in at €170 a piece.
