The culture of collecting Air Jordans is still going strong today as avid fanatics are still actively chasing down remaining original pairs of the Air Jordan 1 from 1985. The itch to hoard has spread out to other non-sneaker Air Jordan ephemera such as basketball cards, jerseys, and even toys, and Jordan Brand really got it right this year for the 40th Anniversary of the silhouette.
Earlier in 2025, Jordan Brand announced a partnership with Bandai Namco to create limited-edition miniature model kits of the Air Jordan 1 Hi ’85. Building on the toy collectible category is this collaboration with Medicom Toy and the iconic BE@RBRICK figurines dressed in Michael Jordan’s iconic training gear from the unforgettable “Jumpman” poster ad from 1985. Two versions in gold and shiny silver are available, each in the signature BEARBRICK sizing of 100%, 400%, and 1,000%.
Previously, Jordan Brand and Medicom Toy released collaborative figures inspired by Chicago Bulls jersey from 1985 and 1991. This is the lone release from 2025’s 40th Anniversary, and the toys will come inside a black/red Nike Air shoebox-style packaging.
Get ’em now directly from the MoMA Design Store in three signature sizes: 100%, 400%, and 1,000% here.
