Right after the Super Bowl, the sporting world will be focused on the city of Los Angeles for the annual NBA All-Star Weekend festivities. The game’s biggest stars square off in the Sunday showcase, while the promising phenoms of the future, the most accurate sharp-shooters, and daring high-flyers square off in the mid-season exhibition. History tells us that the All-Star Weekend is also one of the most important weeks in the sneaker drop calendar, because all the major players have their beginnings rooted in the game of basketball.

Needless to say, Jordan Brand has high hopes for the month of February, and for the mid-February game, they’ll be dropping an Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG in Cool Grey hairy suede, Sail white base leathers, Game Royal accents, and black textured Swoosh branding, ankle collars, and interiors. Furthermore, Jordan Brand replaces the sun-burst arrangement of toe-box performances with small punch-holes in the shape of stars. Behind the tongue is a star emblem placed beneath the standard label text. These colors and details come together as a celebration of the All-Star Game hosts, the Los Angeles Clippers.
