Aimé Leon Dore’s partnership with New Balance has tied the two together intrinsically. With each new apparel collection, we are guaranteed at least one fresh NB collab. This week, the RC56 has returned in two new styles to compliment their Spring 2026 apparel.

The partnership between Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance began in 2019 and quickly became one of sneaker culture’s most influential collaborations. Led by founder Teddy Santis, the relationship focused on reinterpreting archival silhouettes like the 997, 990 series, and especially the revived 550 basketball shoe, which became a global lifestyle staple. After Santis’ appointment as the creative director for the Made in USA line, ALD & NB further cemented their partnership last year with the RC56 silhouette. The model was designed in collaboration between the two brands, and has largely released in ALD-exclusive drops. This week, with the release of ALD’s Spring 2026 collection, two more colors for the RC56 are now available. One pair comes in a tonal Team Orange shade with small accents in silver and black, while the second comes in Pristine white, overlaid with metallic silver flourishes.

Aimé Leon Dore has just released their latest collection for Spring 2026, which is now available directly from the brand’s website. Included in the new drop are their latest colorways of the RC56, a sneaker designed in collaboration with New Balance. Pairs come in either a tonal Team Orange shade, or a mix of Pristine white and metallic silver. Both styles are available in full size runs for $165 each.
