adidas’ Campus Gets a ‘Croptober’ Theme for This Years’ 420 Release

adidas has seemingly grown a penchant for an annual 420 release, drafting unique sneakers for each year. This time, the Campus gets a paper-wrapped ‘Croptober’ theme, coming soon.

April 20th is almost on us, as are the annual themed sneaker releases that accompany the holiday season. This year, adidas is back with another excellent release, following up on last year’s ‘Towelie’ collaboration and the ZX 420 the year prior. This year’s release once again features the Campus, taking on a ‘Croptober’ theme – the time of year when the bud is ripe for harvesting. The limited-edition pair features a brown paper outer shell, likely mimicking a blunt wrap. This portion tears away, revealing a lush green suede upper with a hint of tie-dye around the edges and along the insoles.

ADIDAS CAMPUS ‘CROPTOBER’ RELEASE INFORMATION

adidas’ annual 4/20 release has been set to debut in Europe next week, though we have yet to confirm a stateside drop thus far. The ‘Croptober’-themed Campus, complete with paper tear-away uppers, will be available through select partners of the brand, with a price tag of $110.
