Xbox is no stranger to the sneaker world, having released a number of projects in recent years. This season, they are issuing a more casual, gaming-ready footwear with a controller-inspired pair of the Crocs Classic Clogs.

Sneakers have become an enticing medium for a huge variety of brands to lend their ideas and signature styles. The video game industry is arguably one of the first to jump on the trend, starting with the PlayStation Air Force 1 way back in 2006. Microsoft and the Xbox team have dabbled in releases here and there, releasing Halo & console inspired looks with adidas and a special BapeSTA last year. This week, they’ve unveiled their latest foray into footwear, this time offering up a much more casual sneaker that could be worn on the couch while you play.

The next shoe release to feature the iconic Xbox branding will be Crocs’ Classic Clog model. The OG slip-on shoe is an ideal lazy day sneaker, perfect for short missions out of the house, then right back to relaxing on the couch with your favorite game. The Xbox edition transforms the shoe into a current version of the Xbox controller, removing the holey toe box for a smooth, matte finish. The look is punctuated by all the buttons you need to game added to the front of the shoe, including ABXY face buttons, two joysticks, a d-pad, and the Xbox home button. The toes of the shoe even feature the left and right bumpers.

XBOX X CROCS CLASSIC CLOG RELEASE INFORMATION

The latest special-edition release of the Classic Clog from Crocs does not have an official date yet, but pairs are rumored to release on November 20th, or 25th, 2025. Transforming the clog into a replica of the Xbox controller, complete with buttons and joysticks, pairs will be available from both Crocs and select retailers for $80.
