Willy Chavarria and adidas are ready for the World Cup kickoff this season with a new capsule collection of sneakers and apparel. With designs and graphic spaying homage to Mexico’s national team, three unique Megaride sneakers are also in attendance for this drop.
World Cup releases are ramping up fast, and brands have tapped a huge range of collaborators to help deliver plenty of exclusive releases for the global tournament. Nike is ready to finally release their CryoShot sneakers soon, and adidas has teamed up with their frequent partner Willy Chavarria for a new capsule collection. Chavarria, the eponymous label based in Los Angeles, has been one of the most prolific adidas partners in the last few years, with new sneaker releases lined up every few months. This season’s release celebrates Willy’s Mexican heritage with a huge range of apparel inspired by the national team gear. Additionally, three Megaride sneakers are along for the ride, each with a unique upper over the cushioning system. The Copa Mundial pair already crossed our radar last week, but the other two are here in our first look. One pair comes in black and red with a rubberized outer shell similar to their past Megaride releases. The last sneaker is dubbed the Willy Mega, a signature model for the growing brand. The look has some similar design elements to the Yeezy 700v3, with a plastic cage system providing structure for the upper instead of standard textiles.

The next release from eponymous fashion label Willy Chavarria and adidas has been scheduled to release next week, on June 10th, 2026. The project highlights the Three Stripes’ Megaride cushioning with three unique uppers, which pull some design elements from vintage football boots. The release will be accompanied by a full range of apparel celebrating Mexico’s national team. Pairs will be available from adidas and select retailers, with prices ranging from $200 – $220.
