Nike’s revamped road running lineup continues to materialize with the Structure Plus, the latest chapter in the Swoosh’s longstanding commitment to creating the best possible stability footwear. Following a limited launch via running specialty stores worldwide earlier this month, runners can look forward to a larger Nike.com rollout on February 5th.

Built for stability without feeling stiff or corrective, the Structure Plus pairs a wide base with a dual-foam setup that mixes soft ZoomX up top and firmer ReactX underneath. An engineered mesh upper keeps things breathable and secure without adding weight, and the overall ride promises to be smoother and more energetic than past Structures. The sneaker features a heel-to-toe drop of 10mm and weighs 309g in a men’s size 10.

The release of the Structure Plus brings us closer to the completion of Nike Running’s revamped road running lineup. Nike has reorganized its road models under three franchises: Pegasus, Premium, and Structure, each given an Icon (numbered), Plus, and Premium version. The only piece of the puzzle now remaining is the Structure Premium, which should come to life sometime later this year. This of course doesn’t include carbon-plated marathon sneakers like Alpha and Vaporfly sneakers, as that’s a different focus entirely.

It’ll be interesting to see whether the Structure Plus can catch on for lifestyle wear a la the Pegasus Premium and Vomero Plus. Stability sneakers generally don’t follow that path, but we’d be remiss to ignore that the Structure Plus simply looks cooler/more cutting edge than most of its predecessors.

Again, the Nike Structure Plus releases via Nike.com and retailers on February 5th. Retail is set at $170 USD.
