The Nike GT Cut 4 Has a Stealth Black Colorway Coming in 2026

Nike unveiled a wide range of new Basketball product at the NBA All-Star Weekend this year. Today, the brand finally unveiled release plans for the GT Cut 4, a new evolution of their on-court product, coming in January 2026.

The Nike G.T. Cut 4 introduces a refined blend of court-feel innovation and futuristic design. Building on the line’s legacy, this low-top silhouette features a soft ZoomX 3.0 midsole layered with Zoom Strobel, RBR-X foam, and a Cushlon carrier for next-level cushioning and support. A new generative traction pattern aids rapid cuts, while an exoskeleton-cast upper with a 3D-moulded collar enhances fit and control. With aggressive ridges and bold materials, the G.T. Cut 4 stays rooted in basketball performance while clearly stepping into a modern guard-centric era.

The first unveiling of the GT Cut 4 came back in February, when Paige Bueckers appeared at the All-Star Game in the new model. However, the shoe was not ready for release, and will not be available to consumers until next year. In the meantime, new colors of the Cut 4 have surfaced, giving us some additional styles to look forward to. One of the new pairs is a sleek black & metallic silver look, which feature a unique, shimmering finish for the lateral walls of the molded upper. The metallic silver portion appears on the exaggerated heel section, as well as a special heel badge.

NIKE GT CUT 4 “BLACK” RELEASE INFORMATION

Nike Basketball has not given an official release date for the new GT Cut 4 yet, but the shoe will debut in January 2026 in the “Persian Violet” look. The black & metallic silver pair here is likely to follow shortly afterward. Pairs of the premium new silhouette will be available through both Nike and select basketball retailers, and is expected to cost a cool $210.
