Among the bigger topics of discussion early in 2026 is the Air Max Goadome Low, a dropped-top version of the inner-city favorite set to launch during the Spring/Q1 season. First revealed in all-black leather colorway, the low-top version of the Goadomes will indeed approach truer outdoor styles like this “Taupe” colorway that is more adjacent to hiking than it is street style.

Unlike the all-black version, this “Taupe” colorway selects suede exteriors that were common throughout Nike’s boot selection from the 1990s. The transition continues via the re-modeled upper as a smooth and unibody toe construction truly offers a different look than the standard Goadome, which features a sportier two-tone commonly seen in Nike footwear from the 1980s.

On the upper, Nike adds decorative perforations that also provide some ventilation; these holes are placed just beneath the hiking eyelets that are fixed on the lace collar. The suede continues on the black tongue, matching the lined interior. You’ll find minute hits of University Red on the outsole and the Nike Air logo on the insoles.
