Nike’s Air Max 2013 saw a special release last year in collaboration with Stüssy. This week, the 10-year-old model surfaced in a new ‘Triple Black’ release, coming later this year.

Last year, Stüssy surprised us with an interesting new Nike collaboration, reaching into the brand’s running vault to draft their own colorways of the Air Max 2013. Seemingly an anomaly at the time, Nike has circled back a full year later, to release some in-line colorways of the decade old running shoe. This week, a simple ‘Triple Black’ style has emerged, and is expected to release later this year. Constructed from a lightweight, breathable mesh for the upper and utilizing synthetic taped overlays for a locked-in fit, the model also features a full-length Air bubble underfoot for impressive cushioning. As per its initial release years ago, Flywire tech provides extra support in the midfoot, while a padded collar and oversized Air Max branding on the heels completes the look.

NIKE AIR MAX 2013 ‘TRIPLE BLACK’ RELEASE INFORMATION

Nike’s retro release of the Air Max 2013 has not been officially announced yet, though we expect to see the older running shoe return sometime later this year. Dressed in a simple ‘Triple Black’ look, pairs will likely be available from both the SNKRS app and select retailers for an estimated $160.
