There’s no slowing down for the New Balance 9060. While the sentiments of the brand’s dedicated followership and hardcores may remain with old favorites like the New Balance 992 or fresher iterations like the New Balance 1890, the chunky mashup model remains a champion of the general public, still such a frequent sight on the streets of any major metro area.

In continuing that wide-net charter, the New Balance 9060 now steps into the “animal print” genre, something its peer in the New Balance 204L recently tried on for size and one that nearly all major sportswear brands have checked off in some capacity. As with that slim-soled partner, the 9060 creatively wears that look, mixing up two different applications of the spotty motif with darker tan across the mudguard and tongue before a far subtler beige takes over the overlays in between.

The New Balance 9060 “Deer Print,” or “Toasted Sesame,” should be hitting the usual channels in the coming months. A $150 retail price is expected.
