If you’re somehow unmoved by all of New Balance’s dozen Grey Days releases this year, it looks like you’ll have a few more options to choose from. Separate from the brand’s annual holiday are a couple equally lowkey general releases, now including this New Balance 1906U “Castlerock.”

Tight-knit mesh forms the base layer, followed by grey leather underlays and a lighter grey suede toe cap. The New Balance 1906U is the “Utility” member of the larger 1906 family, distinguished by more elaborate paneling around the quarter. This is one of a couple upcoming greyscale looks, joined by the 1906U “Tornado Grey.”
