Salehe Bembury’s impact on the world of footwear continues to grow. Last week, the designer teased another release with New Balance, featuring a gradient colorway of the 1906R.
Salehe Bembury has been hard at work for the past few years, dominating sneaker releases with bold collaborations and his own line of special-edition Crocs. His sneakers took the world by storm with his take on the New Balance 2002R, and now, the designer is back with another release from the Boston brand, this time taking on the 1906R. Teased via his Instagram story during Paris Fashion week, the shoe features a yellow to red gradient in the mesh base stretching from toes to heels. Metallic silver overlays are added throughout, with just a hint of black to complete the look.
SALEHE BEMBURY X NEW BALANCE 1906R RELEASE INFORMATION
Salehe Bembury’s next release with New Balance has not been announced for release, and will likely not drop until sometime later this year. Featuring a bold red and yellow gradient color scheme, pairs will likely be available from both Bembury’s and NB’s website as well as select retailers for around $160.
