Nike has added another release of the Air Max 1 for women to their Summer 2024 lineup this week, dressing the shoe in a “Metallic Platinum” colorway with a soft pink accent.

The Air Max 1 has a full slate of releases from Nike this year, making the iconic silhouette another in a long line of shoes Nike has finally made widely available after years of scarcity. The retro runner first returned en masse in 2020, with some extra release of its Anniversary edition. Now, the in-line pairs release regularly, with special-editions like the “Royal” ’86 and “Jackie Robinson” styles coming soon. This week, a new womens-exclusive pair has surfaced, dressed in “Metallic Platinum” and “Pink Rise” for Summer 2024. The look features the metallic silver shade for its mesh base and perforated leather overlays, adding pink suede mudguards and Swooshes.
