Nike’s Familia collection for Hispanic Heritage Month is still rolling out, and this week a second pair of the Air Max 1 has joined the project, in a striking ‘Hyper Pink’ color scheme.

Nike’s annual collections for Latino Heritage Month and Dia de los Muertos are arriving this season, presenting some of their iconic silhouettes in bright colorways inspired by Latinx culture. So far, we’ve seen the Dunk Low, Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT 2, and the AM1 in themed looks, and this week, a second pair of the Air Max 1 has joined the fray. Falling under the ‘Familia’ line, this new look is much brighter than its twin, presenting the model in a ‘Hyper Pink’ colorway across its mesh and leather upper, even adding a hot pink gradient to the midsole. The shoe is covered in small embroidered details, including floral patterns on the toes and a line art Swoosh. Familia-branded insoles complete this new look.

Nike’s upcoming pair of the Air Max 1 for Hispanic Heritage Month has not been announced for release yet, but the second ‘Hyper Pink’ colorway is expected to release on October 21st, 2023. Pairs of the Familia style will be available via the SNKRS app and select retailers, with a price tag of $160.
