Nike Prepares the Air Trainer 1 for Super Bowl LVIII

The NFL season begins tomorrow and Nike already has its eyes on the finish line. For the first time ever, the Super Bowl is taking place in Las Vegas. Dubbed Super Bowl LVIII, the much-anticipated event is being celebrated by Nike this season with a special Air Trainer 1 colorway. Previously, the Swoosh has commemorated the special event with themed kicks, including 2016's golden Air Trainer 1 for Super Bowl 50.This time around, the Air Trainer 1 stands out with a Las Vegas Raiders-esque gray and black. Notably, its lateral Swoosh utilizes a shimmering silver finish and three Velcro patches can be attached to the heel counter -- celebrating Nike, the NFL and Super Bowl LVIII. Additional detailing includes the shoe's usual midfoot strap in black, leather and nubuck paneling, a soft gray lining and Nike Air embroidery at the heel.At the time of writing, Nike has yet to announce this Super Bowl LVIII-themed Air Trainer 1 and its release details.
