Kevin Durant will have another pair of his latest signature shoe, the KD 18, inspired by a family member. Introducing the “Wayne” Nike KD 18, which will debut in October 2025. The shoes are a tribute to Durant’s father, Wayne Pratt. Although KD is now playing for the Houston Rockets, the inspiration for this pair is his father.
This Nike KD 18 is dressed in a White, Light Smoke Grey, Smoke Grey, and University Red color scheme. Looking closer, the pair features White mesh on the base with a Sail hue on the overlays. In addition, we have Red outlining the panels, hinting at the laces, and filling in the KD logo and Swoosh. Highlighting the shoes is the inscription “WP,” which is his father’s initials, embroidered on the inside of the tongue. Grey runs across the midsole with speckled detailing, and Grey drapes the rubber outsole. Lastly, we have “EASY” on the heel and Green in the middle of the outsole.
