Nike Douses the Zoom Vomero 5 in an All-Over “Racer Blue”

Following the unveiling of neutrals, metallics as well as the recently-announced pastel-coded “Jade Horizon,” Nike is ready to introduce a new and vibrant direction for the Zoom Vomero 5 silhouette.Back in January, Nike confirmed another “Racer Blue” Zoom Vomero 5 featuring only the namesake hue as accents against a palette of black, silver and white. Going off the model’s beaten path, the latest variant is dipped in an intense “Racer Blue” from the upper, quarter, shoelace to outsoles.Per usual, the upper arrives in a mix of suede, leather and mesh fabrications. Even in a tonal build, the bold hue can appear more of a deep cerulean or a bright cobalt blue when expressed in varying materials and textures. Punctuating the monochromic palette is a dash of metallic silver, coming in the form of a Swoosh logo, while the grooves of the outsoles arrive in black. 3M reflective materials are also incorporated into the overlays, tips and heel counters to illuminate the kicks in a dark environment.The tonal “Racer Blue” Zoom Vomero 5 sneakers are set to hit the shelves in early July through Nike and its authorized retailers with a retail price of $160 USD.Click here to view full gallery at Hypebeast

Back in January, Nike confirmed another “Racer Blue” Zoom Vomero 5 featuring only the namesake hue as accents against a palette of black, silver and white. Going off the model’s beaten path, the latest variant is dipped in an intense “Racer Blue” from the upper, quarter, shoelace to outsoles.
