The Nike Doernbecher Freestyle 21 Collection is set to be released in Spring 2026. The collection will include six silhouettes designed by patients of the OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. The retail price ranges between $120 and $230.

Nike Doernbecher Freestyle collection will return in Spring 2026 with its 21st collection, marking over 20 years of collaborations. Furthermore, the partnership has raised over $40 million for OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. Like previous collections, patients will have the opportunity to design their own take on the model, which will be inspired by their life journey.
For 2026, a total of six pairs will be released. Headlining the collection is the Air Jordan 17, marking the first time the model has been included in the DB collection. Jumping to Nike’s side of releases, the Air Force 1 will return, a model that has been part of the series multiple times throughout the years. Another gem that will debut is the Air Max Plus.
As for women-specific releases, we have a total of three, which include the V2K Run, Vomero Plus, and the Air Max DN8. The trio of releases will join the Jordan 17 for the first time as part of the Doernbecher Freestyle collection.
